Short Abstract. Edited by the authors starting from the discussion emanating from Diana Oblinger’s OCC2007 conference presentation “Balancing Stability and Agility in Higher Education”. This chapter aims to synthesize and analyse the discussions that have appeared in a number of multi-media and multi-modal channels based on Diana’s speech and further re-elaborate on such elements to provide a system vision on Net Learners’ skills.
